Another Newbie that needs help

My site kind'a works, but , something is missing that obviously makes it click. If anyone wants to take a look maybe you see it differently. Advice from a different angle, and by experienced webmasters would be very appreciated. I saw this happen yesterday, and gained more respect for your abilities and willingness to help out the inexperienced. I also visited your sites out of curiosity or per request and also have feedback. Had a better understanding for GearUpGetOff after visiting site, Looks like fun but costly, would pay to play if that was my focus, respect the vision, you seem very qualified to accomplish your goals. And on you site, make sure to switch out links which has "you Nastydollars code here" for your ACTUAL nastydollars ID, or else you will NOT get credited for sales you generate!
