Please criticize my first gallery

Hey Guys,

Long time listener, first time caller. ;)

I have created a gallery. I'm using the flashcash 10c per unique click program and have submitted to a few tgp's. I have so far received 2500 page impressions, but no clicks recorded at flashcash.

It would be appreciated if you old-timers could have a look at the page and give me some tips on what to change to get more action to my banners.

I think the thumbs are to small and washed out.

Put a banner or text link on top so it's in the surfers face.

I moved the banner to the top.

Will work on the thumb size later. Think there are too many?

I read, "you're supposed to tease the surfer, not get him off"

The majority of the tgp's accept 12-15 thumbs but some of
the big ones demand 20, why I have no idea.
