Free site term

What does the term "free site" mean exactly? I saw that this was a good start but wanted to know what a free site consisted of? Do u hv to purchase you own content n upload on ire server n place ads of sponsors? Or does it consist of just content from sponsors?

Depends on the content. Lots of affiliate programs offer free clips that you could easily build a tube site with.

Free sites anything a surfer doesn't need to pay for to access. Like blogs or sites where you host your own galleries with sponsor content to sell memberships to the sponsor. Something like, checkout this hot babe from FTV, get more here! Tube sites are also free sites but more like TGP's. I guess everything is a free site, just different types.
