Yeah, they do. But if you go for a tube, you might go a step above shared hosting.
Hostgator is a great place to start out.

I'm using hostgator and have no complaints so far.

HostGator's standard answer for porn is: if it is legal in the US -- OK. I also use HG for a number of my porn blogs. No problems so far, although their stupid 25 process limit is bull shit... no more than 25 processes running at one time. Guess it's time to upgrade.
