Bounce rate !!
I dont know what is bounce rate and how i can make it low now my bounce rate are 70-80% .

Bouce(rate) = Only one Pageview per User with a very short Ammount of Time staying on your Site.
Like: Look....aawh! CLOSE :D
Depending on your Site, Reasons could be:
- Slow Loading
- Too much disturbing/annoying Ads
- Unclear Layout

70-80% is very high
it means how long a visitor stays on the page that they land on i.e. if they go to another page from the first page they land on the Bounce rate will decrease but if they leave your site from the page they land on the Bounce rate will increase.
were is the traffic coming from?Comment

Just as a measure to compare, I have a bounce rate well bellow 50%. My site needs more SEO and a few other adjustments to be complete. But I feel that once I get my visitors they stay (and hopefully come back), but my return visitor rate has jumped to over 14%.Comment

Wel, i'm no expert in adult (just starting) but i've been blogging in mainstream for quite a while. I can see quickly some basic things that in my opinion you should change:
- The design and layout are very confusing, blogs are about simplicity, the user should know where the post starts, ends or what link should take them to the whole post.
- Your two sidebars are very big and some boxes have irrelevant content, like comment, category (you have only one) and page (only one, too) boxes. No one really cares about comments on an adult blog :P and category and pages would work better as links with tiers in your top menu.
- Don´t center text, drives the eyes crazy and people will end with a headache and not wishing to read more.
- Post content zone should be bigger and cleaner.
- get some ads on the sidebar instead of irrelevant content.
You could try to cleanup that theme, but i don´t know if that would work for you, maybe a whole other theme? there are a lot of very good themes out there, even free ones!
Keep it simple and clean, is my advice!
