I am new to the industry, and am attempting to get some traffic to my site. I noticed one user mention plugrush which seems to be a very simple way to trade traffic, but what the fuck is a Plug?

What is PR, In and Out?

Do I have to confirm that I am receiving quality exchanges while also making sure that what is leaving my site is counted or is there a widget for all of this?

PR are the note give from google to your website . If you have PR 0 you can find trade with websites with pr 0 . Is the best method to make backlinks.

Just get your own traffic and don't even bother with Linkspun or Plugrush.

After 3 months I am getting 200 visits a day. Traffic is almost exclusively with Google, Bing and Yahoo. I have tried a dozen things but get almost nothing for my effort. At this point a link exchange is another thing I am willing to try. I have tons of time but no money!

Now I need to create an image that will attract users, any advice? What size (pixels) and maximum KB can a plug be?

Sorry, I generated my first Plug, it was easier then I thought with the upload tool. Now I just need to wait for it to be approved, and find out how to recip.

Thumbnails can be any size above 120x90. The bigger the better. But remember, the thumbnail has to match the content on the page you are linking to. Also, the traffic you send in is matched at a MINIMUM of 100%, but often far greater than that. So if you send 100 USA, you get back a MINIMUM of 100 USA visitors from the niche's you select when creating the plug. No other system can even come remotely close to this. After getting my plugs approved my traffic doubled. Very nice for one day, lets see if it continues

It has not continued. The traffic has dropped off and the plugs showing on my site are the same plugs every day. I need to submit a ticket, but I have a feeling they are working on it.
