Live WEBCAM Site?

Hello All,
I've licensed some webcam technology, it's pretty sweet - definately higher quality than ifriends and camchatting.
I'm in the processes of building a web site, but one of the big questions i'm facing right now is where will I find hosts?

Are there service providers I can contract some hosts from?
Can anyone recommend forums were I can track down hosts?
any suggestions / recommendations?

what will you be using to run the site ie: backend script?

and depending on the platform, i know rtackshack has a 10mbit cogent plan for $350 a month ive had mine for 6 months and have had no problems with it
