That effect is achievable 2 ways. One way uses the logo and a background image in combination, the other way involves a zero margin web page, with a top set table set to auto stretch logo set as header image, background set to a fireworks slice of the original logo image, and table border set to zero. I can design your logo and alter whatever pages you need it to perform this effect on. write me at this address.
