    Yet another WordPress Blog

So I've had lots o time on my hands and I've been putting it into my new site. It's kinda a mix between a Babe Blog/FreeOnes Network/Model Specific Niche.

    babetemple.net

It's still obviously a work in progress, the homepage itself is very incomplete. However the model specific sites found in the directory are coming along nicely. I've spent most of my time writing my own custom scripts to automate the update process via custom built XML feeds formed from either Arylia or GalleryDaemon galleries. Load testing and tuning Varnish along with W3TC, etc.

I'm at the point now where I am trying to decide upon adding buddypress social network features. Do I want to implement/manage a forum? I'm half and half on it, building/growing a "useful" forum community seems a daunting task.

But I really think I need to focus more time into building a trade system that doesn't sacrifice the basic/simplistic nature of the sites.

What do you guys think? Any advice, criticism, constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.

you will spend more time dealing with forum spam than anything else and auto uploading your content to your blog will generate in absolutely no traffic

I understand what you speak of regarding the generation of traffic. At this point in time I am relying on it to build the initial model specific sites. But I'm on the same page with you as far as keeping it 100% automated and do not plan to do so. However I do plan on having my custom scripts do the majority of the leg work.

When a new update comes in via a feed it gets submitted into Wordpress as pending and shoots a notification off to me to review/revise it. At which point in time, I go in and manually enter my own seo, tags, descriptions, etc.

At some point in time as I add more and more models/sites it's going to overload myself and my time. This thought has been in the back of my head for a little bit, which is why I'm thinking about the social aspects of the site as a whole. Maybe allow for lite user management of specific sites by partner webmasters. In return allow partners/affiliates to submit their own plugs. Specifically where models do cross site shoots.

Take MetArt for example, many models are featured on several sites in addition to Met. In order to keep the niche sites current and relevant, these one off shoots for different sites could be the needed bonus for partners to submit plugs.

Something along that idea. But that's all it is at this point, just an idea still.

I think you should reduce kerning on content text to increase readability.
