    Best PDF Editors

I was at my favorite thai place eating diner this evening and the owner and i were talking about her not being able to change her menu due to it being a pdf. I told her i was fairly certain i could track down a good, free pdf editor so that she may change her menu without having to have the WHOLE thing redone every time.
Trouble is, now that I am looking, none seem to be as easily edited as they are marketed to be... I simply want an editor that you can load the original pdf into , click on the text , or highlight it, and then type what you want in order to replace it.
Can anyone please help me out, or point me in the right direction? I would greatly appreciate it.
I figured foxit would work, because i have that already, but its such a confusing pain in the ass, i have no idea how u edit anything using that program, lol.
Let me know your thoughts please, thanks guys!!
