I've been out of the industry for a while, and am relaunching a new paysite. In the past I used CCBill (after a disaster with iBill). This time around, I had been hearing some things about Zombaio, and decided to give it a shot.
My site has been approved by them, but they say it has been awaiting approval by V/MC for a little more than three weeks. This seems crazy to me. I'm wondering whether others have experienced incredible delays using them.
I liked the better rates - they work out to a decent amount for my size - but reliability is well worth a few points. I just thought I'd try them, but I'm about at the end of my rope waiting to be able to process, and would love to hear whether others have had good/bad experiences in their timeliness getting to things. I watched the problems with them a couple of weeks ago with great interest, but I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt. This is strike two, though, and now I'm a bit more concerned.
Don't love CCBill, but at least they always work!
