my site needs constructive criticism

Ive advertised via text links and banner placement on al4a.com and pornno.com (otherwise known as jjj's), along with an ad on google. My webstats page says that I have had over 300,000 visitors so far, and I've only gotten 9 members. I know that theres other advertisement venues to be done but only 9 members from 300,000 visitors seem ridiculous. My only other conclusion is that something is missing on the site. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can go to my site, take the tour, view the samples and offer constructive criticism on how to make it better, what to add, and what to take off. Thanx in advance.

Not becasue I'm designer. but look at it.
You are showing much of content, which is good, but logo isn't quite fitting. And that background blowjob, maybe should be changed on every page.
Join button is not in the centre of the whole theme, and it should be, as it's your goal, to make a sign up!

Direct Fiesta....., when you say that black is not a plus for a paysite, are you referring to the background color of the site or the content (black people)

lol... pretty wild idea for a site... great idea on the content and theme!

Design needs some work though... plenty of samples, but the tour just doesn't seem busy enough. I also have to agree that the black background on a paysite doesn't always work (depends on the niche and theme, of course), but you need to talk to a designer about that

No real constructive comments (I'm tired), but I just had to post to compliment the content I'm dying over here... the content and theme (the text to go with it, etc) rocks
