Hosting for Wowza Dynamic Streaming?

I will launch a site focused on dynamic streaming .mp4 content, using Wowza. I need a dedicated server plan. I have read many threads here but would like some direct feedback.

If you offer hosting, what makes your services enticing for my needs?
Also, what advice can you offer?

If this is a new start up idea/site then I would recommend getting a VPS server. No point in paying for resources you don't need right off the bat. Are you going to do live stream cam sites, or are you wanting to redistribute an already uploaded mp4 file? Also something big to remember with live streaming is how many connections/viewers, and what kbps are you wanting to stream at. This will not be a cam site, it's a video site, streaming 7-10 minute .mp4 videos. I will be uploading multiple bitrate versions of each file... largest option possibly being 2000Kbps. Right now we have about 300 videos and we will grow the collection, on average one video per day.

I'll be making a decision this week.

Dang lost post: In in opinion only instead of using Wowza and the extra cost, since your going to offer more or less downloads at different bitrates. I would look at either a few file servers, or maybe a CDN.

If not something else to look at is Bit Rate Throttling, something I have never played with, but IIS has a killer plugin that allow one move to be encoded at a much lower rate on the fly. iis.net/download/BitRateThrottling
