Error seems to have cleared now.

It was happening on any CCBill tour link I clicked, over a 15 minute period.

FTV Cash, Latin Teen Cash, Pink Velvet Cash, Epic Panda Cash, Spunky Cash, Phil Flash Cash were among some of the ones I tried.
