Need this script - NOW!!!

Right now i have brought georedirect and another script, to send traffic to my buyers by country.
Well i have wasted 800$ until now. I have a server to 500$ per mounht ready for a country script.

It is not much i am asking, i only one a exit script, with admin and user area.

Admin: add webmasters, tell the script from what country and how many to send. The script then send a mail to the webmaster and start sending the traffic.
The script has to send uniq to the webmasters and have a default website to send to if it can't send to a site with that country traffic.

The user area it there the buyers can check there statistic and to what site it has being send.

The script has to use IP.

I need it now and i will allmost pay anything to get it now.


Anyone know where to get it.

That is a problem. I did have some programmers to make it for me, but there did't make the script. I then brought georedirect, but that could not handle the 500k per day. Then i brought a another script, but that works like shit. Therefore i right now are going to pay the webmasters back the money they has send me for the traffic, i right now can't deliver.

That is why i need it now.

Man, I wouldn't pay anyone to do it. I remember an apache module that does this. Let me do some searching and I will see if I can find it.

Well the country buyers allso got 50% more added now.
