Gallery Daemon... Gone?

I've tried a few times over the last few months to get a hold of the guy from Gallery Daemon on ICQ, but with no response. Is the script gone for good now or what?

I bought Arylia, I like it, but they are almost as hard to get anything done as GD... I wanted to transfer from one site to another, no response. At least GD doesn't let you pay FIRST like Arylia lol.

WTF is up with people making these scripts, selling 'em, and then just dropping off the face of the earth. LAME says me.

So yeah, anyone know how to get a copy of GD or is there someone out there that has a good script to do something similar? Would be nice to be able to scrape several galleries, and save to different folders on the server depending on the template used.

Well,i actually wanted to buy GD when it was offered on sale,but nation-x(original creator of script)pissed me off then so i declined.Kind a ironic since i would make that script much better plus provide better support too.Also aylia should do the job,you just need to find a proper documentation link,i was also had problems with it till found required info.

We need an open source script with a bunch of us contributing to it. Let's see if we can get tanguy interested.

Is it realistic for people who sell 100-200 scripts for small money to be able to hang
around on it for years to come as if they are Microsoft?

I don't think so.

It never happened before. I don't know anyone still maintaining all those top site
list scripts.

There is this script that cost $20,000. Now that guy is still around.

well im guessing a couple thousand people own a copy of arylia at $200 a pop, arock is always around when I need him.

Thanks Fris, I did try email a while back without response, and I didn't purchase the $300 "Support Package" so I don't have the ICQ numbers.
