Wordpress problem

I've Googled this and checked some of the forums without much luck.

This started about an hour ago when I created a guest blogger author account. After creating the account I logged out of my admin and tried logging in with the new account. I received the following error:

"ERROR: Invalid username or password."

Tried again, same error.

Went to log back into my admin to verify the account was active and so forth and I now get the same error with my admin login.

Went to my desktop where my admin is signed in and created a new backup admin. Went back to my laptop and get the same error with the new admin account too.

So...Can't login from my laptop now and obviously I'm not going to log out from my desktop and risk losing admin access altogether.

Opened IE on the desktop and tried to login to my admin. Same error. Seems that no logins are working and once you log out, you're fucked.

Got any suggestions other than pulling links, GFY, or format c:?

No clue. So although it's working now, what's to say it won't happen again?

Resetting my password kicked me out but allowed me to log back in, unlike the users. Then, all passwords started working again. Hell if I know.
