Well, without actually getting a new network card/adapter (the MAC address is attached to the NIC) you can only do MAC spoofing. Why exactly do you need a new MAC address?

For ethernet adapter you can change it in your network adapter settings(most likely).
For WIFI adapter it would be not that easy, but possible.

It would help if you gave us more information about your adapter & operating system.
