Chargeback means you didn't agree to have them bill you. Did you agree to have them bill you? If you did and you chargeback, you could be in jail for Fraud, depending on who you are charging back to.Originally posted by ack

Unless you have proof that you cancelled the rebilling and they charged you after that, don't even both calling.
