Designer Needed

Looking for a designer to build me a one page tour with join page. Nothing too fancy. I'll supply all content. MUST know how to make a tour that converts, not just look good It's for a BYOT (not ARS). I may even need a tgp template to match, a banner or two etc.

If all goes well, I will be needing many of these done.

Thanks for all the replies everyone. Got go through sites and contact a few of you later.

Some of you have great designs but this is ONLY for a "test" of what kind of revenue a byot tour can produce for me and I'm not willing to risk $300+ on the first try But I will keep your sites in my favorites for when I start opening paysites in the future.

Anyone else that does designs and doesn't want my first born child for it, let me know. It's one simple page with a join page. Like an AVS type, not a huge paysite tour

Just an FYI. I thought a one page tour with join page would be more in the AVS tour price range, not paysite price range so I'm going to hold off on this for now. Unless there is someone that wants to do one for avs price for me.

I have many many more projects going up that aren't such high priced so I'll do those first. This byot thing was going to be a test thing to see if "I" could really make money and if so I'd go with it, if not I'd ditch it.

I've a question: What about the licenses for content? I see you use a lot of Matrix content both in your site and in templates, but that's pretty expensive content. Do you transfer the licenses to the template buyer?
