Anyone getting their IP address blocked with certifiedhosting when trying to edit multiple wordpress posts? I was emailing them about this but they stopped responding to me

they won't whitelist my ip address either

no, but im getting my ips blocked everytime I try to upload lot of files to a few sites via ftp.

Without knowing the internal working of their system, it appears as though they may have an overly aggressive HTTP firewall which is blocking you due to many concurrent requests, or some arbitrary pattern filter they are using to detect attacks. If you are on a VPS or dedicated server, there should be no reason why they cant whitelist you on the firewall and if they refuse to it may be a sign you need to look for another provider.

I give them the wp login again (they didnt respond the first time) for troubleshooting and they didnt reply again

They dont whitelist ips on shared servers

We are responding to you, I am not certain why you are stating this. Mind you, the ticket times may not be the fastest right now due to higher than normal volume for a Sunday, however we have been replying to you.

You are triggering security feature on a shared hosting server. We cannot whitelist your IP on the shared hosting server. We can only keep unblocking you.

We are investigating this further as to why this is continuing to happen to you.

support stopped responding last night, I sent an email today and communication stopped again, so I posted this
