Weird aff rep answer

So, few months ago I've promoted one mainstream cpa company and as I promote-test lot of them to see what converts best for me I moved to others because first results was not so good. Thou I posted a lot of their links all over the place,did some promotion and it seems that google picked up one of links so a week ago I got check from them so I went to their site to check my stats and see which site-link or whatever got picked up by google and I couldn't login.
I wrote email to them and got reply from their aff rep that she is not sure what happened with my account so she deleted it and canceled check!
Now,she didn't say that anything was wrong with it or that I've broke any TOS or anything like that. She just says that she isn't sure why I couldn't access my account! Of course, I asked of explanation of that and now waiting reply but,anyway,isn't it weird that she doesn't know what's wrong and simply choosed to delete account and cancel my payment?

Well, I will share it when I got final answer. So far their aff rep handling this thing so fucked up.

Update: she ignored my first email so last night I've sent another one and got reply within a minutes telling me that I should contact sales manager and gave me his email.

Update: they claim that someone hacked my account back in decembar.
Basically they claim that someone broke into my account and made $1170 for me! Fuck!
Never said single word about breaking tos or something like that. It's canadian company. Is there any place that I can report them for fraud?
