I don't understand what you're trying to say. I don't use NatNet, but I'm sure you can login to their control panel and create a dozen or more MySQL databases in five minutes.

I don't use any hosts where I can't just login and pop out databases for shits and giggles.

Phatservers / Amerinoc has gone way beyond what I pay them. It generally takes minutes to get a support response, and the problem is usually fixed shortly after.

Granted, I only hit up Amerinoc support a couple of times a year, but they take care of my problems (and almost all my problems were created by ME) really fast.

Just to piss you off further, I have a couple of sites that I've been hosting with XXX WebHosting / Reliable Hosting since 1999. There was a rough patch a few years ago, but those guys also do a good job taking care of my sites.

But really if you want the best for mission critical hosting ... the accepted leaders in this industry then you need the likes of Nationalnet, Mojohost etc.
