Batch renaming with windows 7? possible?

Trying to find a way to batch rename a load of photos with windows 7.

    Never tried doing this before

Or a program would be good. Anything really, just want to change 001 002 003 into photo1 photo2 photo3 etc. (example)

Thankins in advance for any help/suggestions

NOTE TO SELF: You have worked in adult too long, it did not say "CUMSHOTS" at the top of the page it was "SCREENSHOTS"
