I haven't tried it yet but the instructions:
Change lines 45 & 52 of widget.php and widget2.php to your URL.
Delete the ad script src in widget3.php, that's just giving whoever made the script more money. replace it with your adsense script src.
Change the meta properties in main.php and index.html
Change the youtube video because that one links to a texting teen video
