Cirtexhosting FAIL
So, I had a TGP site setup on cirtexhosting and I was looking to move a blog there too. They offered to move the site for free and me being a lazy fucker I took them up on it.
They promised a total move in 48 hours. When they didn't make that deadline and they failed to respond to any of my e-mails, (They DO NOT answer their phones, ever. They have a message that says do to the sesetive nature of things the best way to contact them is via e-mail) I went ahead and asked for a cancelation of the new hosting account for the blog. They e-mailed me, tried to change my mind I told them just to cancel it. They shutdown and deleted my TGP, NOT my blog. I hadn't backedup my TGP, mostly because I'm stupid, so I lost a ton of work. I sent them a pretty pissy e-mail and I finally got a response and I should be getting my money back but at a pretty high cost to me in time.
