    Emc2payouts problem?

I've been trying to move some money from my eWallet to my prepaid card since 2/13/2011 and it's still processing. Wrote support but have yet to hear back from them. Anyone having the same problem?

Regarding the occasional load delays discussed here: The Globe Wallet Visa prepaid card has proven to be a very popular card for account holders on our platform to use, and the card is cost effective. We are doing everything on our end to assist IPS and the card issuing bank to resolve the occasional load delays that have happened. It isn't acceptable and we apologize for the inconvenience. IPS assures us there will be a permanent solution in place soon. EMC2 does not manage the program, we are a marketing partner for International Payout Solutions. But be assured, we are holding IPS and the bank to their word, to have a speedy solution in place asap. For now, while "instant load" is generally available, card holders may experience from time to time, delays of 2-5 days for value to be available on their cards. Again, we apologize for this temporary inconvenience and expect it will be a non-issue soon.

Also, live chat is available today like always, 9am-6pm EST, however, the live chat was down for 15 minutes earlier today.

                    Thank you,
                    LauraLee

As bluestar pointed out, we did in fact previously operate a card program of our own for over two years, so we have some insight and experience with what IPS and the card manager are going through currently with the Globe Wallet card. Btw, our program was operated successfully in the adult space with no complaints or any financial issues whatsoever. Any inference otherwise is irresponsible and false. Please know, we are your advocate and have a deep commitment to smoothing out the loading issue with the Globe Wallet Visa card. It will get resolved and soon. All of the other payout options on the IPS platform have been working flawlessly. Wires, checks, electronic funds transfer to your bank account virtually anywhere in the world, loads to a credit card, ACH: these are all good options to manage your funds reliably from your IPS/EMC2Payouts account. Contact us anytime via ICQ or phone to discuss anything related to your
                      account.

it would be great if you can put a notice in the account area something like

Prepaid Card Load status : instant, delayed 5 days, delayed 1 week

so people will decide if they want the money to be blocked "in motion" for 5-7 days for the prepaid card load or will use other faster means of withdrawal

I noticed the other day that EMC2Payouts stores user passwords in their system. I requested my forgotten password and got it back in my email, instead of a way to simply reset it.

Please, please, pretty please, learn something from security debacles like Gawker.

I understand it could be frustrating to wait for funds to hit your account. However, the time it takes to load a credit card varies depending on the issuing bank and your credit card company's processes. Typically a credit card load will take just a few days (usually about 3), but we have seen as long as 12 days in one case for a credit card that was issued out of the Philippines. That was an isolated incident. Credit card loads are sent out by the IPS system at the end of each day, so funds typically begin move the same day. This is standard for CFT's (Card Funds Transfers).

I understand you and Lauralee are communicating through email. Feel free to contact me with any other questions.
