I understand that and I am sorry for everything that happened.
I never deliberately lied to anyone I were told by people I trusted and had worked with for 5 years that wires were being sent out and everything would be OK but they screwed me over as well as thousands of customers. If you don't think I am angry at the people who screwed me over and made me look very bad, not only costing me my job but the chance of getting a new job in the industry again, then you are very mistaken.
Chris screwed over thousands of customers and most of his 30+ employees even to the point you wouldn't believe.
I have absolutely no positive feelings about the management in that company and I hope they get theirs when time comes.

Most everyone including me relize you had NO part in intentionally defrauding webmasters.
I know i stated previously that you were just a representitive of eepassporte and you were being told what to say and only knew what you were being told and that when the shit hit the fan you would probably be holding the empty bag while J Chrisptopher Mallick slipped off into the night.
Obviously by what you stated today thats exactly what happend.Not sure why you waited 6 months to state your position on the failure of epassporte.Whatever reason you have im sure is legitimate to whatever concerns you may have had.


Now..What id like to know..and im sure alot of epassporte account holders would like to know is :

Where is Chis Mallick?
Where did all the money go?
Have you heard ANY news about webmasters funds?
When was the last time you spoke to chris and what did he say?
Is he in hiding?
Do you think webnmasters will ever get there missign funds back?

He's untouchable due to ePass being a corporation; you gotta sue his company which he disolved already. That is unless you or someone else has hard physical evidence that can prove that a) he did infact use the wallet money and have supporting documentation to show the wallet "money in motion" for funding his account(s) or b) have documentation proving he has the wallet funds illegally in his account(s), assuming the law about where the funds become the sole property of Mallickman after 60 days of disolving the corporation.

I'm not sure what is going on with Choker's group lawsuit (www.epassportelawsuite.com), but if in fact the money is deemed his property, there may be an openning to go after him directly due to the non-responsiveness of complying with withdrawal requests. That's up to the lawyers on that one as I'm not sure if its possible or not; I ain't no lawyer.

In the last few days before he left Epass you could tell he was upset by it and losing faith. That was true to a lessor extent about a week before as well. I don't believe he should be blamed for any of this.

You gotta remember that Michael O. is an employee. He's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. If he starts talking a lot of crap about his ex employer and begins spilling secrets many potential employers in the industry won't want to touch him because they would be afraid that he would do the same to them. If he doesn't talk about it people will get on his case like this.

Unless you find the guy had a part ownership in epassporte I think you need to give him a bit of a break once he meets you halfway in light of the circumstances. He's gotta eat too.
