Give it up bro, the best you can do is not use their program yourself. I'm not going to and I didn't like the spam but that's how life goes most of the time. Lens is a business man and if the money was right and I suspect it was then we all have to live with Swoit banners. I just ignore tham and post like it doesn't exist and that's about the best solution for you. Sure a lot of people think it sucks and think Swoit sucks ,but most of those people who would bitch and complain would also submit their sites if they could make a buck or two, everyone has a price even this place.

First of all, if you haven't noticed, there are a lot of big time spammers on this board, both individuals, and sponsors. It all comes down to business ethics. Some people will do anything to make a buck, whether it be Spamming, kiddie porn, or that sick shit we have seen from "meathole.com".

Why would I want to business with someone who lies, conceals his identity, steals bandwidth from unsecured servers, sends hardcore porn to kids, and basically will DO ANYTHING to make a buck. I would expect that by doing business with them that I will be cheated and ripped off at some point.

Depending on their activities, you may get their email servers blocked, their web hosting terminated, their domain names pulled and by word of mouth, discourage other webmasters from using them. I think thats the best you can do right now. If the FTC and the Feds step in, the penalties in the future may be more severe.
