            Does it need to be a plain ftp service?

            If not, have you considered ftp over ssh: http://www.openssh.org

              Try http://www.ssh.com for a ssh client that has a nice easy ftp-like interface

                    nah, I need something that has the remote admin and natural warez ability of glftpd. If you know something similar, I am all ears.

                    Glftpd was made with one thing in mind, piracy.

                            Hehe yeah there are really nice scripts for warez tradding on glftpd, all the stuff for races, top couriers & groups, credits, etc.
