Outsourcers for content data entry input/descriptions?

Basically, need a couple oversees based people to do tedious descriptions, tagging utilizing a web based system for scenes and data entry into a CMS.

Would be a double blind set up. Two people doing the same job with an automated system for them to enter info. Compared at a later point for accuracy.

Anyone have any references for this.
