does anybody know what the rumors are about a possible Ipad 2 release date ? I erroneously thought it would be around maxworld expo ,

been waiting to buy one for too long now, really want an ipad , but cant buy one right now cause the second one is about to come out !

Isn't it too soon for a new version already? I'm guessing that a new version wouldn't be released until next fall at the earliest.

has been one year now since the ipad came out , so seems the right time for an update .. one year is like 10 years in tech terms . . so a new one should be coming out soon !

Rumours have been that it will ship in February. I kinda doubt that though.

SWEET! Have to get my tent ready so I can upgrade the ipad I already have that doesn't fit anywhere convenient but makes me look really cool and techie when I carry it in addition to my iphone, with a brand new one that won't fit anywhere convenient but will make me look even cooler and more techie because its the new one and I can carry it in addition to my new iphones so people will really be impressed! I'm so excited!!!!!

well the ipad is mainly usefull at home, or when travelling ... like on the plane or in the airport , day to day out and about , I see no real use for the Ipad as it is indeed too bulky

the ipad came out april 3rd and that is when I got mine and i'll bet that the next gen ipad will come out the same time this year.. no I won't upgrade to it the day it comes out no mater what it offers other then a free bj.. cause i'm not the type that has to have the latest and greatest.

I love my ipad and this post is from my ipad but i doubt the 2nd will re invent the wheel like the ipad did that for tabelets.. future androids will do that with the many manufactures of it.

Yeah it seems Ipad2 is coming in April. The PSP2 was announced by Sony as the NGP before the next holiday season
