    PAYONEER endless support loop

Perhaps someone associated with Payoneer will read this and choose to contact me at drriley at gmail dot com -- as trying to deal with their customer support is proving futile (much like resisting the Borg):

I have had account with Payoneer for near as long as they have existed. The account went dormant, because I had not used it in a long time, and the card expired. I was told that in order to reactivate it I needed to receive a payment to the account, at which time it would be unblocked and a new card issued. AWEmpire sent hundreds of dollars in payment on January 25, and no word from Payoneer. It could well be that they have tried to email me at my old email address -- and when I try to get them to update my email address, they tell me to login into my account (which is blocked by them - because it is inactive - and cannot be logged into) and update my email address that way. I email them back (again) to say that I cannot access the account, as we have already discussed, and that I want them to manually update the account for me, reactivate it, and let me know whether they have received the payment from AWE or if hundreds of dollars of my money has simply been lost in processing -- kind of like Epassporte who have been "processing" the thousands of dollars that they owe me, and have now simply stopped responding to my emails asking what stage that processing is at.

Not an UNimpressive start to trying to use my Payoneer account again.
