Cheapish dedicated server

I have a mate looking for a cheapish dedicated to host some TubeX sites....

Must Have
- Unix or Linux based server
- PHP 5.2.0+
- PHP Extensions:
JSON, DOM, SimpleXML, MySQL, PCRE
- MySQL 4.1.0+

For Video Thumbnails & Conversion
- PHP safe_mode off
- PHP open_basedir off
- PHP shell_exec() & proc_open() available
- PHP CLI or CGI version available
- mencoder
- mplayer
- ffmpeg
- yamdi
- MP4Box

For Video Uploads
- PHP file_uploads on
- PHP upload_max_size at least 20MB
- PHP post_max_size at least 25MB

Optional (but highly recommended)
- PHP GD extension
- PHP cURL extension
- ImageMagick installed on server
- Access to cron on server

As far as needs they will be pretty low for now he is just trying to get the sites up and running. I am looking for a few Hosts that have a few cheapish dedicated servers I will then send them to them and they can advise them on a server that will his needs to get them started hopefully the sites will grow massive and he will need to move them to larger servers

The 2 guys from Webair good to see you are pretty fast on GFY. This is a current customer of yours he has been trying to get a response through your support system for 24 hours and still waiting, He can get a response from Tech but nothing from sales, maybe responding to your current customers queries rather than trolling here for new customers may be an idea.

potter I would be talking to YOUR host in 14 years I have never and never will set up anything I do not want to.. I would expect a host to work with him to get the server running including installing anything on the server that he will need and yes I know this will/may cost a little extra every month but more important than any server is knowing a host will be there to help you keep your site running

you know there's managed dedicated servers where they do it for you, right?

I've been an admin for like 15 years so I always get unmanaged servers, they're cheaper anyways.
