    How do I construct the affiliate code that he should use with the flyer?

      By this, Do you mean how do you code it up to relay the affiliate code into the order form to pass it along and correlate his/her commission?

              Yes. I?d like to give him the code so if his customers click on the flyer, he can get commission.
