Wordpress share one widget for all blogs! Help!

Guys i need plugin that can share one widget for all blogs on Wp!

Am running WP Mu and am having problem to find this one.

Something like "Shared Sidebar Widget"!

I'm using an inframe.
I put the iframe code in a widget on all blogs and then I just change the iframe code and the banner / text / whatever changes in my whole network.
