photoshop experts advice please or tutorials

I have recently gotten several images from a friend of mine and each one was taken in a hurry and so are blurry. Is there any way I can use photoshop (I have CS) to clean these up? Any help would be appreciated

How blurry? You can sharpen the image but can't create detail like films and csi tv programs would have you believe.

If the blurry image is caused by camera movement or subject movement there is a method you can use in the sharpen filter which allows you to improve this, although i have never found it very effective. If its out of focus as Mr Bradly states then you are up shit creek without a paddle

it was out of focus due to trembling hands

one of my female friends had a lesbian experience with one of her friends and she took pics for me. Unfortunately she was a bit too excited and the pictures turned out like shit. They are VERY blurry

Sadly you are out of luck the camera movement filter corrects very minor camera shake and then its not a great fix.
