Dont do it

Instead find some good PR sites and get a dofollow backlink ( get or buy )

Do onsite SEO .. SE will automatically get ur website

You don't even need a do follow link to get the bots crawling your site. They'll still follow the link; pagerank will NOT follow.

It's faster to add your URL to a page that's already getting indexed regularly. I've added URLs for new sites to pages that get spidered multiple times a day, and have seen the new sites show up in on the index in 6-8 days.

I've never had a site get included in less than a month from hand submissions.

why the fuck you would do that? ping it, submit to ident.ca and a coupe other sites and done.
