I recommended a couple of friends use webair for VH having heard good things about them sadly they have turned out to be a very bad host one of them has had there sites down at least 3 times this week and customers service are slow to say the least he is a way at the moment but when he gets back I will recommend he moves to a new host he will only need a small to medium plan, Reliability is more important than price and they must have a customer service that works 24/7 preferbly with ICQ or some other instant messaging

We do have ICQ support, but it is not 24/7. To be honest, that is not an efficient way to handle support as there is no record for future reference.

WebairMetz you do not want to deal with me 15+ hours of downtime in a week you would find me very annoyed I sent them to you as I thought you would look after them but I was clearly wrong about that, maybe you should just deal with your customers and treat them like they matter. They may not be paying you much for hosting now but down the track they will be
