It's a scary world, but this guy was definitely not minding his p's and q's. I'm worried about the prosecutors who want to prosecute for models who LOOK like they might be underage. An attorney friend of mine tells me that would never make it through ANY Supreme Court he can imagine, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to be the test case.
