Yes, there is a link "I already have Payoneer Mastercard" on the Payoneer signup page

Yes, you can. When you are on the Payoneer landing page (aka card sign up) you have the option to link your existing card rather then fill out information for a whole new one - on the upper right side of the page you will see "If you already own a prepaid MasterCard card from Payoneer, Click Here!". You will be asked to fill out your card number, user name, and password for your existing account. Once you do this your card will be automatically linked to the new partner and you will be able to start receiving payments.

Yes, you can. go your aff personal info page - switch to payoneer - there should be a link to merge accounts - go there - top right corner asks if you have existing card - put in card number, login and password - make sure your aff account number shows in payoneer account.
