Chronig, I personally know, and have worked with the girl in the following photo set posted on your Slut Leech site, and I'm reasonably sure those images are NOT covered by any form of 2257 documentation:

I shot her soon after she turned 18, and I had to wait for weeks to shoot her in order for her to get a state-issued ID to shoot (I even drove her to the DMV to submit her documents and get her ID photo shot), since she didn't have a driver's license or state issued ID at the time - the pix that are on your site were shot prior to the pix on my site (tats don't lie - and she got way more ink soon after shooting with me).

I don't know exactly when those pix posted on Chronig's site were shot, however I know of at least one tat that was not there in the first set, which was there when I shot her within months of her 18th birthday.

What my post was about is that she did not have a 2257 legally acceptable form of ID when she first contacted me about shooting for my site.

Therefore, before I would shoot her, I had her obtain her birth certificate, and other documentation, which the DMV requires in order for them to issue anyone a legal ID.

Only after receiving it, did we shoot. I would not have shot her without it.

She was quite distraught when she saw the photos on Chronig's site were released on the internet. She subsequently quit modeling.

The Ex-GF market is a perilous one to say the least, with lots of people trying to make a quick buck off of possibly stolen/illegal content.

What Chronig should do is check to ensure that the "member" that suposedly uploaded those pix has a release and 2257 docs, or be prepared to face the consequences of failing to do so.

In essence, by offering people that upload something of value (in this case site membership), in exchange for their posting content, he may have entered into a form of business relationship with them that potentially makes him a party to any legal action taken as a result of the photos being posted on his site.

If indeed she is found to have been underage, he is screwed, regardless. That is certainly not a risk I would be willing to entertain. I would be checking for 2257 docs immediately if I were him, and as an extra measure, I would remove the content in question until I was absolutely positive it is legal, both for age and 2257 requirements.

I don't hide behind weak interpretations of the law, nothing is posted on any of my sites without 2257 docs, period.

Chronig might want to tighten up his 2257 statement while he's at it...

I have no axe to grind with Chronig - never met the man or conducted any business with him.

His site only came to my attention when he got into a beef with someone else in another thread, so I took at look at his site. I click on the Asian category (as I am wont to do), and lo and behold, the first photo set which comes up is the photo set in question - hence this thread.

Personally, I hate it when girls (in their naivete) feel compelled to leave, or are driven out of the industry due to family/peer pressure, because people shoot supposedly private pixs, but then subsequently publicly release the photos/video, without regards to the negative personal impact on the model involved, even in circumstances when the shooter has no valid release or 2257 ID photos - unfortunately, I have seen it happen more than once.

That's it, plain and simple. No grudge here.

If anything, she used the money she made from me (and we shot multiple times), to get more tattoos (the very big, noticeable, and practically impossible to cover or remove, type of tats - which I encouraged her not to get).

With Demonika/Goddess Miki, it is not an act, that really is the way she is...

And I love her for it! I've learned alot about the "lifestyle" from her.

She speaks perfect English, but I recall one day when we went into a San Francisco Pho (Vietnamese noodle) shop, and I was surprised (although maybe I shouldn't have been) that she started chatting fluently in Vietnamese. I'm fairly proficient in Japanese, and barely get by in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Tagalog.

For me, it's more about understanding and appreciating the various Asian cultures, and as a person whom has studied Asian history and culture, and lived in and traveled Asia extensively, I am quite comfortable in my niche.

I've mentioned it here before, but I grew up and came of age sexually in Hawaii, then lived in Japan for five years, and have traveled throughout most of Asia for much of my adult life.

The only one whom compares to me in that regard on GFY that I am aware of is DWB, who is truly one of the wildest (and craziest) people in this industry, as well as most outspoken - and it's a small surprise that I like and respect Robbie, the redneck DWB, equally for his similar qualities, with regards to sex, sexuality, and the industry.

Im not trying to troll you or fight with you, but i think you missed the point of this thread.


ADG made references, through his experiences working with that particular girl, that the girl may have been under the age of 18 when the content on your site was shot.


If her being under age is in fact true, you could be jailed for position and distribution of child porn. Nothing you can say would keep you from being fined or jailed if not both from happening if the authorities checked your site out.



ADG did not make any claim that you stole any content from any studio. He gave you a courteous heads up to your potential problem if you chose not to remove that particular scene.


This post is just an FYI. And hopefully this post helps you identify potential problems with some ex-girlfrind type sites. 2257 contracts are a must!!!
