Are any of you on CCbill showing low to NO signups today? The last 4-5 days have sucked, but today is the worst of the year on CCbill when traffic volumes are normal. I'm not seeing many form submits either, but there is definite traffic to the join page.

I dont' usually post these CCBill or other processor threads. However after almost a week of shitty sales I am concerned. I am able to get through the sales just fine.

Actually that is exactly my experience. until Thursday we were kicking ass. Since Thursday it has been in single digits

We are not aware of any issues affecting signups at this time. I'd be glad to look over your account to make sure it is functioning though. Just send an email to [email protected] with your account number and I?ll take a look.

I rotate between a few different billers, and I concur that CCbill seems to be scrubbing pretty high today.

A week or so ago they were letting everything through, this week they seem to be trying to make up for it.

Now that CCbill is in the thread, I think I should mention that to be fair, when stuff like this happens it is usually the acquiring bank, not the gateway that is tweaking stuff.

My sales have picked up over the past few days. I'm not seeing anything particularly unusual about signups. Less getting kicked to Epoch in the cascade lately, but that's about it. October was slower than I expected though, that's for sure. But things seem to be changing. I've got 10 years of stats to look at and this year things are a little different.

I ended up with a few sales yesterday. They all came after my original post. I doubt its related, but thats what happened.

I always wonder when people complain about ONE DAY with low sales, are these people usually getting AT LEAST 100 sales per day for years and then suddenly notice 1 day with 1-2 sales?

I suppose this is not people usually getting 5-6 sales a day and then when they see 1 sale in 24 hours they complain, right?

Well Fancy that.... I know this will sound unbelievable but the same thing happened to me last thursday, I posted on gfy about zero join form hits or sales showing up that day, and within 3 minutes of the post, I check admin again and there were SUDDENLY JON FORM HITS AND a couple of sales!

It was as if the surfers said,"now is a good time to join this website, I sense that the website owner is frustrated and making public posts on GFY, so let me join right now, at precisely 3 minutes after the gfy post

We do 100+ sales a day and when I post it's not because we are down to zero sales. I only post when we our numbers are way off. Ie i know Tuesday are lower than other days. So I compare it to past tuesday, past end of month tuesdays etc. Then i look and see how far off we are from the norm of those days. If it's 30+% off then i may make a post to see if I'm alone.

That said the last week has been solid but we've been using SegPay.
