Does anyone make any money off of webmaster referrals?

sure you do .... if you have something webmasters need/want

I have no shame in referring the tools I use to my peers ...

Likewise, I would rather have a friend/colleague give me a great endorsement of a product/service, and sign up using their referral, then to close my eyes and randomly point at a link ..

we have quit a few guys who collect ref money from us....we pay out 15%
