blofer80 did you recived some news from epassporte ? Any email informing you about your wire request ? Your WIRE after 5 days is still pending ?

Received: 25 October, 2010 but wire is still pending

I even got a reply from [email protected] last week. I was asking them why it is written " Your wire request for $29595.5 is currently: Pending

You will need to print, sign and re-upload the request form along with supporting documention in order for your request to be fulfilled."

Their reply was:


Hello,

We have received your wire transfer request documents and there is no
need to re-upload the forms. We are currently reviewing all requests and
should have all wire disbursements completed. ePassporte is currently
down to a small core of employees who are finalizing all wire
disbursement requests. Once this wire has been initiated, you will
receive an e-mail notification.

I am sorry I am unable to provide a specific time frame, however please
rest assured we are working diligently to have these requests completed
as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding,

I think it means they are trying to liquidate assets, while still make a profit. We are at the bottom of the food chain which is why they are moving at a snails pace to pay people.

If you read the epassporte curacao registry document, it says exactly what epassporte's business is..

"To acquire, hold, manage, sell, exchange, transfer, alienate and deal in shares, bonds, funds, order papers...

revenues, derived from the alienation or leasing of the right to use copyrights, patents, models, secret processes

royalties, including rents, in respect of motion picture films or for the use of industrial, commercial or scientific installations, as well as relating to the operating of a mine or a quarry or of any other natural resources..."

We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is no update at this time. We are working diligently to have requests completed as soon as possible for over 50,000 account holders so it is taking longer than normal. You will receive an e-mail notification once your wire has been initiated.

Some people got his documents recived after a week ? ( sent document 21 October in early morning and i got document examined 3 November)

No one actually received money so far. One message after another which tells us to wait from last couple of months.

I belive difficult to understand why if we are 50.000 people we cannot do anythink to let them hear our big voice.

Many days are passed an many more will pass and i see than people now don't speak anymore about epassporte, only few people still continue updating threads about the situation...


In my opinion we need to let them hear our voice because we are too many people...they can at least update their website if we start again sending emails and publishing trheads and articles on the web.

Today i sent question to the famous law firm in Curcacao that say to be able to recover the money, this was the reply to my email:
