wordpress, search and replace keyword plugin?

Is there anything along these lines out there? I need to strip a specific word from my database, and have it replaced with a new keyword. In all post content and post title/slugs. Is there a ready made plugin that can achieve this? Any suggestions? Or will it just be easiest to pull the whole databse down, modify it, then reload it into a fresh install?

Good for replacing sponsor links too. I usually use It if I buy a blog from someone, takes ages to replace links otherwise

You can do a query in php admin it's something like this

UPDATE `wp_posts` SET `post_content` = REPLACE(`post_content`,"stuff to replace","replaced with this")'
