also i agree the support for virtual accounts isnt amazing but my site never goes down.

I was with Webair for one of my domains and never had any issues. Good support and I always got an answer very quick to any questions I had.

log into your webair account.

click ftp settings.

make sure its got your isp correct.

webair has a safty thing that is set to only let you (via your isp) to log in.

you can turn this option off.

but i bet you have to update your isp in the ftp settings.

We have one click WP installs from our control panel...If they can't figure it out from there they can goto live person, call in (800#), icq, aim, or send fucking smoke signals if they want to.

Actually we have one click wordpress installs. I never said that you need to open a ticket for that in my post. I don't know you, nor do I think we have done business together so I don't what your objective is here.

Machete, we have a support system in place. If a client has an issue, regardless of what it is. (in this case he had trouble with wordpress install) a support ticket is important part of the process to help document, fix and track the issue. I am sure you can appreciate and understand that.

Webair is a real "hosting company"

I am biased here but I will say what I gotta...

They own the fucking datacenters and all the shit in em... I have seen one of them in NYC they dont like many hosts just have "cages" n shit...

Support.. Live chat or the fucking 800 number 24/7 ...Yes i have called in the past X amount of years at the wheeee hours of the night and talked to a tech and had shit fixed...

There are a handful of hosts here that are REAL FUCKING HOSTING companies Webair is one of them
