Natnet & Cyberwurx have response times that are < 2mins flat. I've sent both support tickets at 3-4am usa time (due to my time zone) and have had the same speedy response.

I opened an account with certified the other week. Had a problem connecting to my wordpress databases. E-mailed support and within 1/2 hour they had not only explained what was wrong, they had fixed it for me (which involved going through all my files and changing the connection string.)Comment
