Yes, down. They did post that their host is working on it and they might have to take the site, board etc down while they fix it.

They seem to be having quite a few problems recently. Not sure what's going on but I hope they get things ironed out, it's a great service and I do like it quite a bit better than Nifty Stats but I do know some people that have already made the switch due to recent problems (along with industry issues.)

I love the service. Love it. But I'm down to just a handful of sponsors these days, and sometimes I wonder why I pay $30/month when I can get the same service for free elsewhere. I am holding out for their mobile solution - whatever that will be, but new development takes forever so I'm not holding my breath. Hope they can get something going soon...

One thing I will say, and it takes alot for me to throw kudos around in this business...

Statsremote is, 99.9% of the time, on top of their shit. Every question Ive had was handled quickly with a detailed email within the hour (and they are 6 time zones away)
And any time we've had an issue with them linking up to our xml, it was fixed or improved within minutes.

SR is the best solution I have seen for the Mac, most similar systems seem to be Windows only unless I am mistaken.

Stats Remote is working fine now, at least for me! It loaded fine and is downloading stats correctly
