Epass Security Code for Non Card Users?

Got great help on phone getting card number that I never recieved, balence matching what I had on paper, except they don't can't provide any 3 digit security code on back of a normal card... on how to extract the money? any ideas? can't even charge my own card because of the lack of security code...

not all merchants require cvv2. I know godaddy doesn't
